One solution we are thinking of is a rain garden. A rain garden is a planted depression that allows rainwater runoff from impervious urban areas like roofs, driveways, walkways, and compacted lawn areas the opportunity to be absorbed. Our other option is geothermal energy. Geothermal energy is energy coming from the earth. You put a wire into the ground, when it is cold out the heat comes in but when it is warm it goes away. This 70% of your heating bill away.
